Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied with a note stating the order number, the reason for the return, and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for another item. You request that you insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If there is any damage due to shipping, please keep the original box and packing materials - along wih the merchandise. You will need to put in a claim with either USPS or UPS. Both are very fast about paying on claims. We can fill out the paperwork for you and send you a PDF of the claim. In most situations the carriers will require you to bring in the damaged merchandise along with the claim form to get a refund. If this should happen, please contact us at susan@forestcreekgallery.com and we will help you file a claim and send you a replacement item.
