    We don't have a showroom for you to visit at this time. All of our business is being conducted as an online retailer. Please rest assured that we stand behind all our products and try to identify any flaws that may be present in the antiques and collectibles shown online.

    What is the availability of Antiques and Collectibles?

    We normally only have one item for each of the antiques and collectibles featured on this web site. If we have more than one item, we will indicate it in the narrative. If you really like an item, we suggest that you purchase it when you see it. Once these items are sold, they are gone for good!

    The web site is updated periodically. Please check back often as we build our online catalog of products.

    What is the availability of distinctive gift items?

    Items falling under the "distinctive gifts" category are handcrafted items - such as Motawi decorative tile and Unikat Signature pottery. Most of these items are kept in stock year-round and shipped as soon as your order is processed. If an item is on backorder, we will indicate it on the web site. If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, please email us and we will let you know when it is schedule to arrive. We can put you on our backorder list and email you when it is back in stock.

    How long does it take to process an order?

    It normally takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order. Depending on the shipping method you select, it can take 1 to 5 business days for the US Post Office or UPS to deliver the package to your home for residents of the United States or Canada.

    How are the items shipped?

    Each item is carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We usually ship our products using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, which includes insurance and a tracking number. If you need your package quicker, we also offer USPS Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select.

    We will email your tracking number after the items ship.

    What does the cost of shipping and handling cover?

    Our shipping and handling costs cover the cost of shipping, plus the cost to insure the contents of the package. Unfortunately, shipping costs have increased due to the high cost of gas. We are passing on the cost that we have to pay; we don't make any money on our shipping and handling charges.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do ship internationally.

    Our website it set up to accept credit cards from residents of Canada. We also accept orders from residents of Australia and the European Union countries. If you are a resident of one of these countries, please email us with what you are interested in ordering and we will send you a quote for shipping costs. Billing is done via PayPal - which is a safe and secure payment method that handles currency conversions.

    You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes that your country may impose. Also - it is your responsibility to know what your country will allow to be imported.

    Delivery times will vary with your location. As a general rule Global Express is delivered within 1-3 business days, Express Mail is delivered within 3-5 business days, and Priority Mail is delivered within 6-10 days. Deliveries to Canada may be faster, due to our close location.

    What is your return policy?

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the shipment day. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days.

    Please put a note in the box letting us know whether you want us to exchange it for another item, issue a credit, or refund the purchase price less shipping costs. Also include the sales receipt number in your note so we can properly process your return. It is helpful if you contact us ahead of time so we can look for your package.

    Which credit cards do you accept?

    We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card from homes and businesses in the United States and Canada.

    Do you accept checks or money orders?

    Yes, we do accept money orders, but not personal checks. If paying by money order, please make it payable to "Susan Sherry Associates Inc" and mail to:

    Can I order by mail or fax?

    If you prefer, we can process your order by mail or fax. Please select your items and calculate shipping and sales tax by using our online shopping cart. Instead of processing the transaction online, simply print out the order form and fax it to 734-416-3312. Or you can mail the order form to:

    We will need your credit card number or a money order to process your order. If paying by money order, please make payable to "Susan Sherry Associates Inc". If sending your order through the mail, you may want to email us so that we can hold the items for you.
